Fix PrintErrln and PrintErrf to behave like PrintErr

Browse source 
PrintErrln() and PrintErrf() prints to OutOrStderr while
PrintErr() prints to ErrOrStderr().

This PR fixes PrintErrln and PrintErrf to work like PrintErr.
