2a3a935663 Fix PrintErrln and PrintErrf to behave like PrintErr 
PrintErrln() and PrintErrf() prints to OutOrStderr while
PrintErr() prints to ErrOrStderr().

This PR fixes PrintErrln and PrintErrf to work like PrintErr.
